Last night, we had the opportunity to have a call regarding the power of the affidavit process with Lenka Koloma, of Freedom To Breathe Agency.
Aside from the observation that Americans are nearly obsessed with the Presidential elections, I've got news for you...politics is local. That means it all starts in our own backyards. Do you know what you can do to get engaged in your community to make a real and lasting difference? Its time to learn about The Affidavit Process! Its so simple that anyone can do it!
"What is the affidavit process?", You may be asking yourself. The affidavit process is a tool in our United States Constitution, provided to We The People. This is a very powerful tool that we can use to hold our elected and appointed leaders accountable for when they breach any part of their "Oath of Office". Here is a sample Oath of office:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.
Keep in mind that the Oath of Office is meant to keep all enemies, both foreign and domestic, from harming anyone in this great nation of ours. Unfortunately, you can see that politicians are breaching their Oath left and right nearly every day!
Lenka and her brave fans, friends and followers have been serving some public servants with these affidavits in an effort to restore integrity, accountability and transparency back into local leadership. Putting these oath-breakers on notice, via an affidavit, will ultimately have many positive effects on our society, including but not limited to:
1) Increased civic engagement
2) Public awareness
3) Honest leaders
4) Increased trust
5) Restored collective and individual constitutional values
6) Justice upon those who have NOT upheld their Oath
7) And many more great benefits...
In this zoom video, we had some technical difficulties, making it impossible to show the sample affidavit documents Lenka wanted you to see, so beneath the video below, I have attached the resources Lenka spoke about. There are also additional resources, and both personal tools and business tools available at Lenka's website for further support with your efforts. The next step in this process will be in building local teams who can work together on to support one another as we build this muscle. Be sure to share this content with people who you know who may find themselves asking "What happened to this country?" or "What could I do? I'm just one person." This is a process that anyone can do. It may not be easy, but it is simple and costs almost nothing to do. Most Notaries charge $10-$15 per signature, plus the cost of a postage stamp on the Declaration of Truth document.
